At 24/7 Urgent Care and Hospital, we are committed to providing accessible, transparent, and affordable care. To ensure a smooth billing process, we offer several payment options and accept a wide range of insurance plans. We accept most major health insurance plans. Upon arrival, please present your current insurance card and a valid photo ID. If your insurance requires a co-payment, it is due at the time of service. Accepted insurance types may include: PPO and HMO plans Medicare and Medicaid (where applicable) Workers' Compensation (with appropriate documentation) Auto Insurance (for accident-related visits) Please contact our front desk if you would like to verify your insurance benefits prior to your visit. We welcome uninsured and self-pay patients. Appointments/Cancellations
With the exception of serious emergencies, it is expected that you keep all of your appointments. If you need to reschedule an appointment we require 24 hours notice. In such a case, please call our office and arrange for a make-up appointment with one of our patient care coordinators.
Emergencies
Our office provides on-call service for emergencies. Call so that the physician on call can be contacted.
24/7 Urgent Care and Hospital is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays, to care for your urgent and emergency medical needs. However, there are certain situations where calling 911 or going directly to the nearest emergency room is critical. Call 911 or go to the nearest hospital immediately if you experience any of the following: Chest pain or pressure Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath Severe bleeding that won't stop Sudden numbness or weakness, especially on one side of the body Loss of consciousness or seizures Serious head, neck, or back injury Signs of stroke (facial drooping, slurred speech, arm weakness) Suspected poisoning or overdose Major trauma or burns Labor and delivery emergencies For non-life-threatening conditions that still require prompt attention, you may visit our urgent care and hospital facility. These include: Minor fractures, sprains, and injuries Flu, fever, or cold symptoms Vomiting or diarrhea Mild to moderate asthma attacks Minor cuts or burns Urinary tract infections Infections, rashes, or allergic reactions Migraine or persistent headache Dehydration requiring IV fluids When you arrive, please check in at the front desk. Our clinical team will triage your condition and ensure you receive the appropriate level of care as quickly as possible. If you are unable to drive or are unsure whether your symptoms are serious, err on the side of caution and call 911.If You Are Experiencing a Life-Threatening Emergency:
